NEWS

LAVOCHKA

St Andrew’s has a second hand clothes store in room 4 (downstairs). It is currently open on Sundays after the service, but we would love for it to be open at other times.
The aim is to both provide clothes to people who are in need, and to raise funds to support good causes.
We are looking:
1. For volunteers who can help us run the lavochka: helping sort out clothes (at any time), or in committing to be there at a certain time so that we can open to the public.
2. Donations of clothes. If you would like more information about volunteering, please contact Alison

GIVING

There is a card terminal available after the service for people who wish to make a donation to St Andrew’s. We also have the facility for people to make a gift in Rubles via the QR code. The QR code can only be used if you have a Sberbank account. If you use another bank in Russia, or are from overseas, click here for other ways to give to St Andrew’s

PRAYER

  • Pray for all who have had to leave, especially those who were in Russia for many years. Pray for them as they have to adjust to a new life.
  • Pray for people leaving, for safe travel
  • We pray for Glen as he considers other opportunities to continue his training. Pray too for Dan as he continues ministry training from the US.
  • Pray for refugees continuing to flee from Ukraine. Pray for those ministering to them, both in Europe and Russia.
  • Pray for political leaders and for peace talks; for a ceasefire
  • Pray for all of us as we adjust to the new situation, asking that God will give us wisdom, courage, perseverence and faith
  • We have been asked to pray for Sophie
