CHRISTMAS BAZAAR
A HUGE thank-you to everyone who helped make the Bazaar such a successful event 🤗. Further updates on how much we raised will follow.
HARVEST-ADVENT APPEAL
Our Harvest-Advent appeal comes to an end this Sunday. Please consider making a final contribution. It just takes one extra tin in your weekly shop. This year, we are collecting for the Refugee Aid Centre, run by the Russian Orthodox Church. Please bring non-perishable foods (tins or dried goods), warm clothing (hats, gloves, scarves and socks), hygiene products (shampoo, toothpaste) or baby products (nappies, creams, clothing).
CHRISTMAS SANTA
Sara S. is making her final preparations to buy gifts for children in hospitals, hospices, children’s homes and shelters. If you would still like to contribute, please see her after the service or e-mail standrews@standrewsmoscow.org. Sara is also still looking for volunteers to help her wrap and deliver gifts.
LAVOCHKA / ROOM 4 SOCIAL SHOP
The Lavochka in Room 4 is open on most Sundays and will also be open at the Bazaar. Please see Vira if you would like to help or to purchase! Volunteers are always needed. It’s not only a great place to update your wardrobe at bargain prices, it also raises much-needed funds to help with the social outreach programmes run by Moscow Protestant Chaplaincy.
MORNING PRAYER
is said daily, Monday to Friday at 8:30am in the chapel. It is also live streamed on our YouTube channel, St Andrews Anglican Church Moscow (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCS7NiuDrdix1-gNM3tx3KpQ?app=desktop ).
You can find the text and audio version of Morning Prayer on the 'Daily Prayer' app by Aimer Media, or the Church of England's website (https://www.churchofengland.org/prayer-and-worship/join-us-service-daily-prayer ).
