Checks should be payable to the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the USA and must be accompanied by a letter signed by the donor. All you need to do is print out, complete and sign this form letter and enclose it with your check. The address to which the letter and check should be posted already appears on the letter.
